Today I sent the first two chapters of my workbook to a group of volunteer readers, along with a short SurveyMonkey questionnaire. The goal: learn what truly helps people before I turn this into a course—and later scale it into three focused apps (Personal Growth, Relationships, and Career).

What I’m testing right now

  • Clarity of concepts (Do the ideas land?)

  • Usefulness of the exercises and worksheets (Do they create real insight?)

  • Flow and readability (Is it engaging? Too long? Just right?)

  • What’s missing or needs more depth (Tell me the hard stuff!)

What volunteers received

  • Two chapter PDFs to choose from:

    • 15. Obligations & Choices

    • 29. Communication Skills & Boundaries

  • A 10-question survey (takes ~10–15 minutes) focused on engagement, clarity, relevance, and practical takeaways.

Why this matters

Before I package this as a full course (and eventually three apps), I want evidence that the content is not just inspiring—it’s usable, doable, and transformational. Real readers. Real feedback. Real iteration.

Where this is headed

  1. Phase 1: Course launch (Thinkific) with certification tracks

  2. Phase 2: Scale to three apps—Personal EQ, Relationship EQ, Career EQ

  3. Phase 3: Ongoing improvements, community support, and new tools

If you’re into intentional living, boundaries, emotional intelligence, or practical “adulting” skills, I’ll be sharing progress, lessons learned, and behind-the-scenes updates as I go.

Want to help?

If you’d like to be a reader for a future round, drop a comment or DM me “VOLUNTEER” and I’ll add you to the next cohort. (You don’t have to be a therapist—curious humans welcome.)

Grateful for everyone who’s already raised a hand. Your honest feedback is gold and will make this work stronger and more inclusive for the people who need it most. 💛
